Step 2 — Courier or Drop Off at Your Nearest Assessment Centre

Once your device is qualified, you choose the most convenient way to get it to us. We will direct you to your nearest authorised Console Vault® Assessment & Valuation Partner.

Option 1: Drop Off In-Person

Visit your nearest assessment centre at a scheduled time. Our technicians will receive your device, verify your ID, and complete the intake process on the spot.

Option 2: Courier to Us

Arrange a courier to deliver your device to our assessment centre. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for your peace of mind.

Important: Assessment centre addresses are provided during the booking process.

Our trusted assessment network is led by Console Repair Guy, South Africa's leading gaming technology repair and service provider. Their technicians complete the mandatory Vault Certified® assessment, including:

  • Full functionality testing and hardware diagnostics
  • Cosmetic grading (A, B, or C)
  • Thermal status check
  • Serial number verification

You receive a detailed report on your device's condition and estimated market value.

Step 3 — Choose Your Selling Option

After assessment, you choose the path that suits you:

Option 1: Vault Certified® Consignment
Maximum Return

Step 4 — Get Paid

For Consignment: We manage enquiries, negotiate offers, process payment, and handle delivery. Once the buyer confirms delivery, we deduct our fees and release your payout.

Complete your purchase via our secure checkout. Your payment is held securely until delivery is confirmed.

Step 4 — Pre-Dispatch Service (If Selected)

If you choose the Performance Protection Plan, the device is serviced before shipping by our trusted partner, Console Repair Guy.

Step 5 — Delivery and Confirmation

Your order is securely packaged and couriered nationwide with tracking. Confirm delivery, and your order is complete.
